Domain Name Terms & Conditions
pivotplusdesign are a reseller of Domain Names, and as such are bound by policies set out by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Asigned Names and Numbers) as well as the Terms & Conditions of our Domain Wholesale Registrar Synergy Wholesale.
The links below refer to the Synergy Wholesales agreements relating to both .au & gTLD domains. By agreeing to allow pivotplusdesign to register a domain on your behalf, you are agreeing to the conditions of the relevant agreements below. This also applies to subsequent renewals of the domains.
In addition to these agreements pivotplusdesign adds the following Terms & Conditions:
- By Registering on behalf of you (the Registrant), we are registering domains in your name. This means ownership of the domain is yours. However should registration or renewal charges not be paid by you to pivotplusdesign, then we are within our rights to suspend the service until any outstanding fees have been paid. You will not be able to contact Synergy Wholesale direct to arrange payment, and any attempts to do so may result in us suspending all services you have with pivotplusdesign
- Should you wish to update any information relating to the domain, then you must advise pivotplusdesign, and not contact Synergy Wholesale direct
- Should you wish to retreive any information about your domains then you must do via pivotplusdesign and not contact Synergy Wholesale direct
- Should we decide to change our wholesale provider in the future, all current domain holders with pivotplusdesign will be advised in no less than 14 days prior to the change occuring.
