Accessing your mail on-line - Webmail
Webmail allows you to access your mail from any computer that is connected to the internet. It is especially useful if you are planning to travel, but also means you can access mail at work (provided your employer is not blocking this kind of activity) or at home without having to setup mail accounts on any specific machine. When using webmail on computers in public places, such as libraries, internet cafe's or the workplace, remember to logout of your webmail and close the browser.
To access web mail:
- Login into your webmail at www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail, entering your username & password. This is your host account login (the one you would use to login to cPanel), not your email account login details.

- The top 3 options, are links to 3 different web-based mail applications that you can use. Any one of these is fine, it will just come down to personal preference as to which one you find best to use. Simply click on any one of the top 3 options.
- Each mail application will look slightly different, but will perform the same essential functions. You will have access to all of the mail accounts associated with your domain, and can compose, read, reply and delete messages. NOTE: because you have access to all mail accounts it is only recommended that this method of accessing webmail be used by the owner of the domain.
